How to Use

Add the full sachet to 15–23 litres of apple or pear juice must and stir thoroughly to disperse. Pitch the selected cider yeast and ferment according to its instructions.

Why Use Cider Nutrient?

Juice can be short of the nutrients yeast needs for a clean, complete fermentation. A cider-specific nutrient can help reduce the risk of a slow or sluggish ferment, but it cannot correct poor temperature control, unsuitable yeast or inadequate sanitation.
