While we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.

Our Returns policy is designed to address these situations while ensuring a smooth experience for our valued customers.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us:

  • Before returning any item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • You can do this by emailing or calling 01752 660382.
  • Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.


  • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.


  • Once we receive the returned items and inspect them for damage or defects, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • If your original order included shipping fees due to non-qualifying items for free shipping, we will refund those shipping fees as part of your return.


We offer full refunds for eligible returns.

Your refund will include the cost of the product(s) returned as well as any shipping fees you paid on the original order if it did not qualify for free shipping.

Please note that we do not refund return shipping fees, as they are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged in Shipping:

  • If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Retain all contents and packaging in case a return is necessary.

Shipment of Glass

In common with the shipping of all glass products, there is an attendant risk of breakage.

We have minimized this risk and will rectify any shipments within the U.K. should the need arise.

Please note, we do not rectify shipments of glass sent outside of the U.K.

Performance Issues:

Should a product fail to perform as advertised, please inform us within 10 days of receipt.

In such cases, you have two options:

  • Replacement: We will promptly provide you with a replacement product.
  • Refund: Alternatively, if you prefer, we will issue a refund equal to the purchase price of the defective item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item and would like a replacement, please follow the same steps as mentioned in our Returns Policy.

We will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
