Excellent

I have been buying from the Hop Shop for the past 18 months and in all that time, the service and quick delivery has been excellent. I will buy from no other outlet even though I have a home brew shop quite nearby. Extensive choice of products.

speedy great service

Ordered from hopshop late on Thursday it was delivered safe and sound in a well packed parcel by 12.30 on the following Monday very impressed with service told by email when order was picked when it was posted well done hopshop will use you again for sure

First class service

I ordered 2 wine kits yesterday morning and they have just been delivered today, at 11.45am. So full marks for a first class delivery service!!

First Rate

The service is unbelievable, there was a slight delay this time, but I was kept informed of the reason why. I still received my order within 4 days. Recommend this business to everyone who is interested in brewing.

excellent service!

I placed an order on Saturday evening, it was dispatched on Monday and delivered to me in France yesterday (Wednesday)just in time for my planned brew this evening!I've been ordering from the Hopshop since 2004 and have never had a single problem; they really know how to look after their customers. Great Online Experience

I have been a customer of Hop Shop for nearly 3 years and I am a committed online and offline user. The people there are knowledgeable and helpful. I started my brewing using there helpful input and I will continue to use them. It's a great little bricks and mortar shop if you're near Plymouth though their on-line response is excellent.

Drill Pump

Just completed our first brew using the drill pump - excellent and easy to use. The first one we had delivered had a slight kink in the mount but was exchanged by return without a quibble: quality people selling quality products :-)
