UK Mainland Shipping

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery Estimates: While not guaranteed, orders are typically delivered within two working days after dispatch.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Royal Mail: £3.95 up to £5.95 - For orders below 2kg we ship via Royal Mail Parcel and Envelope (1st and 2nd Class options available).
  • Tracked Courier: £7.95 - Any orders above 2kg we use a courier service that provides fully tracked *next-day delivery.

Though the service generally delivers the next day, please allow at least two working days for delivery.

Free Shipping

  • Availability: Free shipping is available for orders over £80, but please note this excludes certain regions (detailed below).
  • Tracked Courier: We ship all orders that qualify for "Free Shipping" with our Tracked *next day Courier service. 

Delivery Instructions

  • Postal Services: Instructions for postal deliveries are advisory and may not always be adhered to by postal services.
  • Courier Services: You may specify instructions, such as "leave if not home." These instructions will be followed at your own risk.

The following postcodes are outside of UK Mainland and thus do not qualify for Free Shipping.

  • Shipping Fees: Range from per region £3.25 to £25.00 depending on the weight, up to 25 kg per box.
  • Delivery Times: Dispatch is targeted within two working days with full tracking provided.
  • Please understand that delivery times are estimates and subject to change based on courier capacity.

International Orders & EU.

We offer tracked airmail service and courier service, which will be calculated via our website based on weight and location. 

For orders shipped with the Postal services, we only offer tracked airmail service.

Our courier orders are sent with full tracking & indicative delivery aims.

Delivery aims are not guaranteed & do vary based on demand & local conditions.

EU – deliveries to the EU attract reduced product prices & are visible once the delivery address is registered & prior to checkout.

Customers are responsible for destination Country taxes if any.
