A diverse and rapid fermenting yeast, BE-256 has a high alcohol tolerance which is common for Belgian ales.
Belgian-type beers such as Abbey-style are known for their fruitiness aroma and high alcohol content.
To maintain a good aromatic profile we recommend cropping the beer yeast as soon as possible after fermentation has finished.
