SafAle BE-256 Abbey Beer Yeast

A diverse and rapid fermenting yeast is great for higher alcohol beers such as abbey styles.

To maintain good aromatic profile we recommend to crop the yeast as soon as possible after fermentation has finished.

Sedimentation is very good and attenuation is high.

An 11.5 gram sachet is sufficient to ferment between 20 and 30 litres within the temperature range 12-25ºC, ideally 15-20ºC
