Flaked Torrefied Barley
Promotes head retention and adds body to the finished beer, its flavour is slightly stronger than its wheat counterpart.
Flaked Barley can be used as an alternative to wheat in beers where the recipe already has a lot of huskless grains.

Mashable Adjuncts are another source of fermentable sugars which enhance the flavour, aroma, and colour of beer.
Adjunct grains can result in stuck mashes, especially when used in higher quantities.
