A revolutionary breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development making it possible to produce "triple distilled" quality alcohol in the home.

The Pure turbo yeast is extremely sensitive to temperature changes, so use it only if you are able to maintain the temperature below 24 °C.

It can ferment up to 21L of wash in just 6-7 days and is the cleanest turbo yeast available.

Produces up to 15% with 7 kg of dextrose/brewing sugar or up to 14% ABV with 6 kg of turbo sugar/sucrose.


  • Clean and sanitise all equipment before use.
  • Prepare water, making sure you end up with 21L at the 30 °C.
  • Adjust the temperature if necessary with hot or cold water.
  • Now add sugar and stir until completely dissolved before adding turbo yeast and turbo carbon.
  • Leave to ferment for 6-7 days between 18-24 °C.

To make real commercial quality spirits both Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear must be used.

Turbo Carbon contains fermentation absorbents such as activated carbons that absorb impurities during fermentation.

Turbo Clear must be added after fermentation and the wash racked before distillation.

Otherwise, impurities first trapped by the absorbents will be released back into the alcohol during the boil.
