Centennial hop pellets are also known as 'Super Cascade' is considered a dual-purpose hop with good aromatic qualities and high alpha acid.

In modern-day use, you will see it as a dry-hop addition imparting aromas of pine, mild citrus, and some floral notes.

Due to its bittering potential, it produces a clean bright bitterness in the finished beer.
