Produces clean and crisp lagers, this yeast is excellent for producing anything from a hoppy lager to a Helles.

Attenuation: High (78-82%) | Flocculation: High (4/5) | Alcohol Tolerance: 9%

Sprinkle contents directly on up to 23 L and ferment at 18-20 degrees for best results.
