I thought I'd drop you a line to thank you for your excellent service. As a new customer I placed an order with you via your website around 11.45am yesterday and it was delivered to me at mid-day today. I don't think anyone could ask for a quicker turn around than that! Your sales assistant also deserves a mention as she was efficient and thoughtful enough to ring me in person to query whether I had ordered the correct diameter syphon pipe as it didn't match the other parts I had ordered (in fact it was for another vessel I already had).

Cheapest Rates and Fastest Delivery Times

I had looked at a number of suppliers in the UK and found your company had the best (most complete) stock, cheapest delivery rates per kg and it would appear the fastest delivery times. Service has been 1st class
Have ordered a few items, ingredients etc in the last couple of weeks and the service has been 1st class. Everything as ordered and usually arrives next day. It also helps that my last brew seemed to go very well (1st tasting on Friday), Highly recommended
