This finely crafted tool continuously measures the alcohol content (ABV) of your distilled liquids as it comes out of your still.

Giving you more precise control over the distillation process, which can help to prevent over- or under-distillation.

The Copper Parrot head has been designed for use with the Still Spirits Air Still Pro, Air Still, or other small stills.

Using a proofing parrot

• Collect the distillate as it drips from the condenser into the Parrot Head collection cone.
• Let the sample cool and use an alcometer to measure the specific gravity of the liquid.
• With this information, you can easily calculate the alcohol content and make adjustments as needed.
