How the Air Still Pro Works

To give you a brief overview, the distillation process involves heating a liquid mixture to vaporize the alcohol and other volatile components.

The vapor is then cooled and condensed back into a liquid, which is the distilled product.

The Air Still Pro uses a combination of reflux and pot still distillation methods to produce high-quality spirits.

In reflux mode, the system recirculates the distillate vapor through a packed column, which separates the different components based on their boiling points.

This results in a high ABV, neutral spirit. In pot still mode, the vapor is condensed directly into a collection vessel, resulting in a lower ABV spirit with more flavor.
