CBC-1 Cask & Bottle Conditioned Beer Yeast

CBC-1 has been specially selected for its refermentation ability and is recommended for secondary fermentation in the bottle/cask.

CBC-1 can ferment beers with an alcohol content up to 12-14%, due to its high resistance to alcohol and pressure.

This yeast produces no flavours and guarantees as such the original character of the beer.

Fermentation temperature: 15 - 25 °C
