A white wine strain for making both dry and sweet wines, and also rosé wines. With an Alcohol tolerance of up to 14%
This moderate fermenting yeast is also perfectly suited to making country-style wines from fruits and flowers, as these flavours and aromas are naturally enhanced.
This strain promotes the body and confers rich and full, fruit and floral aromatics.
Most suitable for Strawberry, Apricot, Peach, Apple, Gooseberry, Elderflower, Sauvignon Blanc, White Zinfandel, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Muscadet, Sweet Sparkling and Dessert Wines.
Can also be used for Pear, Kiwifruit, Vegetable Wine, Chardonnay, Semillon, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Riesling and Chenin Blanc.
For best results ferment at 16 - 24°C, no rehydration required - add directly to grape must and stir well.
