John Bull Cider makes a full-flavoured, sparkling, medium-dry, traditional country cider.
This home brew kit requires the addition of 1 kg brewing sugar and produces up to 40 pints of approx 5% homemade cider.
If you want to amplify your cider's experience with a crisper better flavour.
Then we recommend swapping out the sugar for 1kg of Mangrove Jacks Cider Enhancer.
Contains apple juice concentrate, Glucose-fructose syrup, Glucose syrup, Apple aroma, Acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), Diammonium phosphate, Apple flavouring, Preservative (Sulphur dioxide), dried cider yeast & Yeast nutrient.
