Star San is a high-foaming, acid anionic, no-rinse sanitizer which is used widely in the beverage and food industries.

  • For ease, we recommend making up a solution of Star San in a spray bottle and a large bucket for batch cleaning.
  • Leaves tanks and equipment spotless and avoids mineral build-up
  • Not affected by organic soils Only 60 sec. contact time needed.
  • Do not use it on soft metals or in CIP systems.
  • Dosage: 15 - 25 ml / 10 liters of water.
