Organic Cacao Nibs 100g

Organic Cacao Nibs are lightly milled pieces of the whole cocoa bean.

Introducing these to your brew can help impart a pleasant cocoa/chocolate aroma and provide a subtle nutty, chocolate brownie flavour.

Dosage Instructions

Secondary Fermentation: Add as you would dry hopping 135g - 23l should add a subtle chocolate brownie flavour/aroma.

Mash/Kettle Addition: Crush/mill the nibs as you would grain for the best extraction add 100g to a  23l batch.

(Adding nibs pre-boil will add a chocolate bitterness)
