How to Use

Swing the press pressure plate to one side and lower it a few turns.
Sit the crusher's oak supporting frame over the press cage.
Feed fruit into the hopper — halved or quartered for best results.
The flywheel drives the blades to crush fruit directly into the cage below.
Once the cage is full, remove the crusher, swing the pressure plate back, tighten the wing nut, and press.
Fresh-pressed juice can be enjoyed immediately, frozen, or pasteurised for longer keeping.
