This is a simply designed thief for effectively taking samples from batches of wine or beer by taking advantage of the power of a vacuum.
Its diameter of approx 3cm and the length is approx 47cm
Just insert the plastic sampler into the liquid until it fills to the required level.
Placing your thumb over the hole at the top enables the sample to be held in the sampler as it lifted out.
Just lift your thumb to release the sample into the trial jar or return it to the fermenter.
The whole comes in 2 separable parts for ease of sterilisation.
