The real Belgian Biscuit Malt

Aptly named for the biscuity flavour it imparts, well suited for light-coloured or dark ales.

Pair it with dark roasted malts for some depth of flavour, or in something like a pale ale to add some toasty, bready character without adding colour.

Try adding this to low-gravity bitters, milds, and brown ales to increase the malt component of beers with small grain bills.

Kilned & Toasted Malts are usually used in low quantities to contribute a unique flavour to your beer.
