This DIY beer brewing kit includes 1.8kg of hopped lager malt extract and requires 1kg of brewing sugar.
The result is a light golden yellow lager with an ABV of approximately 4.6%, delivering an authentic European lager experience at home.
For enhanced body, mouthfeel and head retention, swap out the brewing sugar for Beer Enhancer or Liquid Beer Kit Enhancer 1.
