23 Litre Pressure Barrel with S30 Valve Cap
This essential plastic barrel has a capacity of 5 1/2 gallons which makes it ideal for the storage and dispensing of up to 5 gallons of beer or cider.
It is indispensible when requiring beverages on tap as it will hold controlled pressure & dispense at will.
It comes with a cap fitted with a brass S20/S30 valve for use with either a Hambleton Bard S20 or S30 cylinder, a Sodastream cylinder fitted with a Sodastream valve adaptor or with a Hambleton 8 gram bulb Gas Injector.
A great barrelling option.
The barrel has a small 2" diameter neck which restricting cleaning to the use of sterilant solution.
A lot less cleaning than bottles.
Tighten tap before first use.
Ensure the tap is fitted correctly before pouring your homebrew into the barrel. We advise testing with water and CO2 before use to ensure the barrel is fully sealed and pressure-ready.
