Riddles Ginger Essence - Smooth 125ml
Riddles Ginger Wine Compound
Will make approx 3 litres of non-alcoholic ginger cordial, simply place 1kg of sugar and 2350ml of water in a lidded pan and bring to a boil.
Once the sugar is dissolved turn off the heat and mix in the 125ml bottle of ginger wine and leave to cool.
Pour into sterilised bottles
