LalBrew BRY-97 is used by a number of commercial breweries to produce a range of high-quality ales.
A neutral strain of yeast with a high flocculation ability that can be used to make a wide variety of American-style beers.
Through the expression of the beta-glucosidase enzyme, it can promote hop biotransformation which accentuates hop flavour and aroma.
