BRY-97 - American West Coast Yeast

LalBrew BRY-97 is used by a number of commercial breweries to produce a range of high-quality ales.

A neutral strain of yeast with a high flocculation ability that can be used to make a wide variety of American-style beers.

Through the expression of the beta-glucosidase enzyme, it can promote hop biotransformation which accentuates hop flavour and aroma.

  • Alcohol Tolerance: 13%
  • Optimal Temperature Range: 15-22°C 

Suitable for Cream Ale, American Wheat, Scotch Ale, American Ale, Russian Imperial Stout, Imperial IPA, Roggen/Rye, Old Ale and more.
