A glass hydrometer that shows a range specific for cider making with a consequent slightly larger display.
It is high at the start and low when fermentation is over.
Do not bottle Cider until the meter shows the same value for several days.
Do not bottle or keg your cider until the meter is in the finish area and/or is stable over a couple of days, or your bottles/keg may potentially explode.
Use it as recommended to calculate the ABV%
