CR51 Wine Yeast
A strain of yeast suitable for red wines, especially those intended to be light, fresh and fruity. With an alcohol tolerance of up to 14%.
This moderate fermenting strain produces soft, velvety-smooth wines, with an aromatic enhancement of red berry fruit notes.
Most suitable for Raspberry, Strawberry, Pinot Noir, Grenache and Gamay.
Can also be used for Plum, Cherry and Merlot.
For best results ferment at 16 - 24°C, no rehydration required - add directly to grape must and stir well.
Active dried yeast blended with vitamins and minerals.
