SG Wines Gold 30 Bottle Chardonnay Wine Making Kit produces a rich and fruity, off-dry white wine with complex fruit aromas and a smooth oak character.
The SG Wines Gold range is available in both 6 and 30 bottle wine kits, producing highly drinkable 'Style' table wines in as quickly as 7 days.
Formerly known as Solomon Grundy, the rebranded SG Wines continues its tradition of providing great value homemade wine kits.
This chardonnay wine can be consumed after 7 days, but the flavours and aromas benefit from further storage to mature.

You will require the addition of 3 kg of granulated sugar (sucrose) or 3.3 kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation.
For an added touch of sweetness, we recommend incorporating up to 112 g of sugar when bottling.
