Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser
- Copper Surface Area: The large copper surface area allows the distinct flavours and aromas from the wash to carry over into the final distilled spirit, creating a full-bodied flavour profile.
- Traditional Pot Still Operation: Operates as a traditional pot still, unlike reflux stills that strip out most flavours to produce neutral spirits.
- Compatibility: Compatible with the Grainfather brewing systems, making it suitable for all-grain spirit production.
Still Spirits Boiler 25L
- Power Control: Features two power switches to control the heating power. Full power is 2200W for 220V units or 1600W for 120V units. By switching off one switch, you can reduce the power to 1100W (220V unit) or 500W (120V unit). This allows for a gentler boil during final spirit runs for dark spirits like whiskey and rum.
- Capacity: 25L boiler capacity.
- Safety Features: Includes a boil dry reset, thermal cut out fuse, and a waste discharge tap.
